The Kid 200 is equipped with a simple 7 gear transmission and rim brakes front and rear, so that those forays away from smooth Tarmac are both fun and safe. It is, in essence, a real mountain bike in miniature – with details tailored for small hands and lots of enthusiasm. When the climb starts getting too steep, the bailout 34 tooth sprocket can help out. The brake levers are specially designed for small hands, giving smooth control of the V-brakes and plenty of power for safe trail adventures. We even fitted a power modulator to the front brake, so that over-enthusiastic stopping won’t result in an endo. It’s the ideal bike for kids to experience real off-road fun.
